New methodological approaches to improving the preparation of students to take the licensing integrated exam "Krok", the Uniform State Qualification examination, the english language for professional purposes

Relevance. The problem of high-quality training specialists in the medical field is a significant issue worldwide, including Ukraine. It necessary to achieve threefold task when forming highly professional specialist: successful completion licensing integrated exam "Krok", improvement one's practical skills and manipulations conditions simulation center clinic, formation awareness activity doctor thanks use an integrative approach pathophysiology.Objective. To compare quality students' preparation for taking Unified State Qualification Exam, English language purposes using classical method proposed algorithm, which consists five stages makes it possible provide with transition from dominant memory stress thinking intelligence.Material methods. We analyzed effectiveness preparing students algorithm.Results. analysis 10 test tasks license “Krok” database Ukrainian 5 each session according this algorithm. A notebook page classes divided by vertical line as follows: 2/3 working area 1/3 field. Next, are selected data bank on topic lesson 1 written upper part work area, i.e., you need pages Ukrainian-language tests test. At second stage, correct answer marked*. third stage explain writing why indicated distractor incorrect answer. fourth underline key words fifth find explanation all terms found test, distractors write them fields.Conclusions. application algorithm open "Krok" allows improve traditional types education, move passing orientation predominance (consciousness past) predominant (concepts, judgments, inferences) intellect (analysis, synthesis, abstraction, concretization, generalization), will allow understanding essence contribute development doctor's activity.
